At Torshiki (https://torshiki.com), we strive to deliver the best products and customer experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our easy return and refund process.

Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The product does not match the description or images.

• You received a different size or style than ordered.

Products NOT eligible for return:

• Customized or altered sarees.

• Products marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable.

• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

• Products returned without original packaging, tags, or invoices.

Return Request Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide the following details:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Clear images of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

1. We will arrange a reverse pickup (if available at your location) or request you to self-ship the product to our address.

2. Pack the product securely with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

3. Once the returned product is received and inspected:

   • We will notify you of the approval/rejection of your return.

   • Upon approval, a refund or store credit will be processed.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment source (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer (if applicable).

• Store Credit: A coupon code/voucher will be issued, redeemable on future purchases.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable:

• Customized or tailored sarees.

• Gift cards or vouchers.

• Items marked as Final Sale.

• Products damaged due to misuse.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after receiving the product.
